Ordering hasn’t opened yet. This page describes how the service will work when it does.

What we make

personalizedsong.fm makes personalized songs. Each song is written and performed by AI from the details you give us. We make five songs from your story and you hear a short preview of each for free. An order is the two songs you choose and a third chosen by us as a gift, each with its own cover. A music video, made from photos you upload, is an optional extra and is ready 2 to 4 hours after you order, sometimes sooner.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Creem, our payment partner.

Your account

You need an account to hear your previews and keep your songs. Keep your password to yourself: your songs and photos can be opened by anyone signed in to your account.

What you send us

You are responsible for the details and photos you send. Please:

• share only stories and photos you have the right to share;
• upload only photos of people who would be happy to appear in the video;
• send nothing unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit.

We may decline an order that doesn’t follow these rules.

How you can use your song

Your song, cover photo and video are yours to keep, download and share with family and friends, and to play at private occasions such as birthdays and weddings. If you’d like to use them commercially, for example in advertising, ask us first.

What to expect from AI

Songs, covers and videos are made by AI, and they are not always perfect. A name can be mispronounced, or a detail can be drawn differently from your photo. Because of the way AI works, a song made for someone else may sound similar to yours.

If something goes wrong

If there is a problem with your order, write to info@personalizedsong.fm and tell us what happened. We will reply and try to put it right.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
