Your notes · for Oscar

  • — Oscar is eleven and makes pizza every Friday
  • — there is flour on the ceiling
  • — rides the back trails until the streetlights come on
  • — patches his own tires
  • — he wants candles on a pizza, not a cake

Our draft · verse one

HeOscar’s eleven, the Friday pizza chef,

flour on the counterceiling and none of it left.

Rides the back roadstrails till the streetlights come on,

patches his own jeanstires and then he is gone.

Now it could only be about him.Fine. But it could be about anyone.

Eleven makes the pizza on Fridays

From scratch, with flour on the ceiling. An eleven-year-old boy has taken over a few jobs without being asked: Friday dinner, his own bike repairs, the route through the back trails. He’d rather be useful than adorable. So this birthday song is about what he does, in a style he’d put on himself. Tell us what he’s in charge of, and AI writes and sings a song for his eleventh birthday.

What to put in a birthday song for an 11-year-old boy

  • The meal he makes without a recipe
  • What he fixes on his own
  • Where he rides, and when he’s due home
  • The job he took over from you
  • What he wants instead of a cake
  • The thing he does for a younger brother or sister

Every recording comes with its own cover photo. A music video made from your own photos can be added once you have your song.

This is a short sample. A finished song runs 2.5 to 3 minutes.

Once the lyrics are right, you pay and we record them three ways. Keep your two favourites and get a third as a gift: full recordings, each with its own cover, to download and share. A music video can come later.

Three ways to play it.

(once is enough, they’ll replay it)

The chef gets a song for once.

  2. two

So it’s in his pocket on the trail.

  3. three

    Play it at dinner

With the candles in whatever he chose instead of cake.

Questions people ask first.

He doesn’t like a fuss. Is a song too much?

Keep it low-key: send him the link and let him listen alone. A song about what he does well is a quieter kind of fuss.

Can it be about cooking, biking or fishing?

Yes. Any hobby works if you give us the details: what he makes, where he goes, what he’s proud of.

How much does a personalized song cost?

It costs $24.99. AI writes the lyrics from your story first, and you read them for free. You pay once they’re right. We then record them three ways, you hear a 15-second demo of each and choose two to keep, and a third comes as a gift. Each recording has its own cover. A music video is an optional add-on for $34.99, ordered once you have your song.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final, because you read and approve the lyrics before you pay, and the recordings are made for you alone and delivered straight away. If the AI singer can’t record the lyrics you approved, you change them and we record again at no extra charge. If something you paid for doesn’t arrive or a file is broken, write to us and we make it again.

What do I need to tell you?

A few details in plain words: who the song is for, the occasion, and the memories, phrases and inside jokes that make them who they are. You also choose the style of music.

How does the music video work?

The music video is an add-on for $34.99 that you order once you have your song. You say which recording it’s for, upload your photos, choose a tall video for phones or a wide one for the TV, and pick one of twelve styles, from pencil sketch to claymation. The photos are redrawn in that style, animated, and cut to the length of the song. It is ready 2 to 4 hours after you order, sometimes sooner.

Are the songs written by AI?

Yes. AI writes the lyrics from the details you give us and performs the song. What makes it personal is your story: the names, places and moments in the lyrics all come from you. Before anything is recorded you can ask for changes up to five times, or edit the words yourself.

How long is a song?

Each finished recording runs 2.5 to 3 minutes, and so does the music video if you add one. The samples on this site are short clips of 20 to 30 seconds.
